We have a number of our products that other suppliers continuously try to sell at a cheaper price than ours. To ensure that you continue to enjoy the lowest possible price on these items, we have our Price Promise on any items which are marked with our Price Promise logo.
Price Promise Offer
Subject to the conditions below, if you find the identical product offered for sale on any UK-based website at a lower price, we will (Where possible) amend our selling price so ALL customers can benefit from the new lower price.
How to Obtain Price Promise Offer
You are requested to EMAIL US by clicking the PRICE PROMISE logo on the product description page with the website address of where you have found the same product offered for sale at the lower price.
If we agree the Price Promise, we will amend the selling price and you and every customer will pay the Price Promise lower price for the product.In the unlikely event we are unable to agree to the Price Promise, you will be informed by email and we will remove the Price Promise logo from that product.
It is not possible to PRICE PROMISE items that have already been purchased.
